The Yeast of Tradition and Passion

We come from a traditional family of bakers — the aroma of bread and the warmth of the oven have been part of our lives since childhood. Our founder has been working in the bakery industry since 1998 — from simple manual labor to mastering the art of kneading and baking. Over the years, he has gained experience in several bakeries using different techniques, which today form the foundation of our workshop.

Over time, the love of baking was joined by a strong commitment to quality bakery products. A growing interest in commerce opened new doors: as a sales representative, regional, and later commercial manager, we were able to get to know the other side of the industry as well.

Eventually, we returned to our roots — experimenting in our own kitchen, relearning everything that is done differently in industrial settings. Today, we bake freshly, lovingly, and with real ingredients every single day — just like our masters did in the old days.

Our Mission
